POSITION: MARINE HELPDESK - AT OUR CLIENTS PLACE AT ORAGADAM
PREFERENCE: CANDIDATES IN AND AROUND ORAGADAM WILL BE GIVEN FIRST PREFERENCE
Requirements:
• Graduate withMax 3 years of working experience
• Freshers with good command over Hindi and English do apply
• Good communication skills
• Basic Computer knowledge in MS - Excel Compulsory
• Knowledge in Logistics is a added advantage
• Smart enough to learn insurance in a short span of time
• HINDI COMMUNICATION MUST - TO SPEAK AND COMMUNICATE
Job profile would be
• Co-ordinating with the insurer and the insured
• Dealing with the Dealers all over India & coordinating with them and sending report to the Client
• Handling the claims of the dealers and with the Insurance companies for smooth & timely settlement of the dealers claims.
• Co-ordination with Relationship Manager for renewals.

Job Profile:-
• Relationship Management with existing clients and building up new client at TADA & Surrounding areas.
• Underwriting and claims management and issuance of policies such as Property, Marine, Causality, Employee benefit.
• Willingness to learn and have the ability and eagerness to deal with various departments of corporate clients, Insurers, Surveyors, TPA etc.
• Sending of timely intimation to clients regarding their renewal and follow up of the same till renewal of new policy.
• Good communication skill both written and Verbal.
Special Requirements:-
• Must be ready for exponential learning with a senior and experienced Professional
• Must possess complete working knowledge of computers and should be ready to work in IT enabled environment.
• Knowledge of Tamil & Telugu a must and Hindi will be added advantage.
Candidate Requirement:-
• Must have at least 3 to 6 years of experience in handling underwriting, claims and coordinating with insurance companies.
• Working in Insurance Broking firm will be an added advantage.
• CTC - 3 to 5 lakhs (Not a constraint for deserving candidates)

• Maintenance of daily, weekly and Monthly MIS and report generation.
• Negotiating with various insurance companies for quotes and sending comparison statements to clients.
• Follow-up with insurance companies for policies and endorsements
• Sending of timely intimation to clients regarding their renewal and follow up of the same till renewal of new policy.
• Good communication skill both written and Verbal.
Qualification:
• Graduate/Post Graduate
• Excellent Command over MS Office specially Excel
• 1 to 3 years of Experience.
• Fresher with Good MS Office knowledge and Good Communication can also apply.
